TF Bank AB (publ) ("TF Bank" or the "Company") announces that Vilma Sool has been appointed Acting Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Vilma will combine the role with her current responsibilities. Operations continue as usual, and the Company's commercial priorities remain unchanged.

The Company also announces that Rasmus Rolén. Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Executive Director, has decided to leave TF Bank for new challenges outside the Group.
