LONDON: 11 October 2018 - The Marketing Group plc (the "Company"), which trades as RYVL, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nic Hellyer as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.
Nicholos ("Nic") Hellyer is a Chartered Accountant and investment banker with over 25 years' experience. Nic spent the majority of his banking career at UBS and HSBC and is currently a partner at Opus Corporate Finance, Finance Director of AIM quoted Pelatro Plc and Non-Executive Director of Defenx Plc.
Following this appointment the Board of the Company will comprise Adam Graham (Executive Chairman), Paul Cottrell (CFO) and Nic Hellyer (Non-Executive).
