LONDON: 29 November 2018 - The Marketing Group plc (the "Company" or the "Group"), which trades as RYVL, announces that in order to comply with guidance from NASDAQ First North and the recommendations of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the "Code") as to the composition of quoted company boards, Paul Cottrell, Chief Financial Officer, has stepped down from the Company's Board of Directors with immediate effect, but will continue to play an integral role in the financial management of the company.
Following this change the Board of the Company will comprise Adam Graham (Executive Chairman), Nic Hellyer (Non-Executive Director) and Sean Gogarty (Non-Executive Director). This follows the Code guidance that the board must consist of no fewer than three members and no more than one of the directors is from the Company's executive management. The Company is looking to appoint a Non-executive Chairman in due course.
