The Marketing Group Plc announces new Board members, since Sean Gogarty has chosen to leave his position in the Board.
LONDON: 21 March 2019 - The Marketing Group plc (the "Company" or the "Group"), which trades as RYVL, announces that the member of the Board Sean Gogarty has chosen to leave his position in the Board of the Group.
The Group welcomes Pietro Raineri, Managing Director of Raineri Group, one of the largest divisions of The Marketing Group Plc. to the Board. Mr. Raineri has been appointed as an executive director with immediate effect. With a vast and proven experience within the marketing industry, and as the leader of one of the cornerstone assets of the Group, Mr. Raineri will provide strategic vision and execution power for the Board and the Group. The Board is also welcoming Lars Skovbjerg Soerensen onboard as a non-executive director. Mr. Soerensen is a successful Danish entrepreneur, with a vast experience within sales management from the automotive industry and as a venture investor within e-commerce.
Following this change the Board of the Company will comprise Jesper Ohlenschlaeger (Executive Chairman), Nic Hellyer (Non-Executive Director), Lars Skovbjerg Soerensen (Non-Executive Director) and Pietro Raineri (Executive Director).
The Company is seeking to appoint additional non-executive directors in order to comply with the listing rules
