LONDON: 14 August 2018 - The Marketing Group plc (the "Company"), which trades as RYVL, announces that further to the announcement made earlier today, its interim results for the period 1 January to 30 June 2018 ("Interim Results") will now be released on 31 August 2018.
The delay in release of the Interim Results from the previously announced date of 15 August 2018 is due to the need to determine the accounting treatment of certain items in relation to one of the Company's subsidiaries.
It should be noted that the announcement made by the Company at 8.00am CET on 14 August 2018 was incorrectly labelled as being "information is information that The Marketing Group plc is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU Market Abuse Regulation."
