The Board of Directors of Tikkurila Oyj ("Tikkurila" or the "Company") has today resolved to amend the Company's disclosure policy so that on a yearly basis the Company will publish only a financial statement release and a half-year report.
The Company's updated disclosure policy is available on its website. As a consequence of this amendment, the Company is also updating its financial reporting calendar, which was published on 28 August 2020, to reflect that the January-September 2021 business review will not be published.
