This notification is made to inform that on June 10, 2021 upon the completion of its previously announced voluntary public cash tender offer to acquire all of the issued and outstanding shares in Tikkurila Oyj, PPG Industries Inc's ownership of Tikkurila Oyj's shares has increased to 97.1%.
