The repurchase of shares may begin on September 13[th] and will be made on Nasdaq Stockholm in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation (EU) 596/2014 ("MAR") and the Commission's Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 ("Safe Harbor Regulation") as well as Nasdaq Stockholm's Regulations for issuers. The repurchases will take place on one or more occasions until the Annual General Meeting 2024 and at a price per share within the quoted price range at each time. Repurchases may be made of a maximum of 100 000 shares which therefore cannot result in Troax Group AB's holding of own shares exceeding 10 percent of the total number of shares in the company. The repurchases will be managed by an independent party that makes its trading decisions independently of Troax as to the times when repurchases occur. Payment of the shares will be made in cash. Completed repurchases of own shares will be published and notified in accordance with applicable laws and regulations as well as Nasdaq Stockholm's Rules for issuers.

At the time of this press release, the total number of registered shares in the company amounts to 60,000,000 and Troax's own holdings amount to 54,668 shares.
