The number of shares and the share votes in Truecaller AB ("Truecaller") has changed during July 2024 as a result of the issue of C-shares to secure the company's commitments under share program 2024. The class C shares will be converted to ordinary shares of series B in connection with the delivery of ordinary shares of series B under share program 2024. All C shares have been repurchased by the Company.
As of 31 July 2024, the last trading day of July, the number of shares in Truecaller amounts to 353,040,414, of which 46,783,800 ordinary shares class A with 10 votes per share and 300,156,614 ordinary shares class B with 1 vote per share and 6,100,000 C-shares with one vote per share. The total number of votes in Truecaller amounts to 774,094,614. The total number of votes in Truecaller, excluding the 1,402,832 ordinary shares B and 6,100,000 shares series C held in treasury, amounts to 766,591,782.
