Truecaller AB: Shareholding notifications due to cancellation of own shares
Truecaller AB (publ) ("Truecaller") hereby announces, in accordance with Chapter 4, Section 18 of the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act (1991:980) (LHF), that on 14 September 2026 the company carried out the cancellation of 24,185,040 of its own B-shares that the company has repurchased pursuant to the authorisation for repurchasing of own shares granted by the annual general meeting on 22 May 2026. The shareholders approved the cancellation at the extraordinary general meeting on 10 September 2026.
Following the cancellation, the company's total holding of its own shares amounts to, per today's date, 4,742,525 B-shares and with one vote per share and 2,089,498 C-shares with one vote per share, meaning that Truecaller's own holding following the cancellation corresponds to approximately 2.2 per cent of the total number of shares in the company and 0.9 per cent of the total amount of votes in the company.
