Truecaller AB: Truecallers Nomination Committee for the Annual General Meeting 2027
The following representatives of Truecaller AB's largest shareholders as of 30 September 2026, will together with the board representative Alan Mamedi, form the nomination committee for the Annual General Meeting 2027.

The Annual General Meeting of Truecaller AB will be held on May 21, 2027, in Stockholm, Sweden.
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the nomination committee can do so by sending an email to investors@truecaller.com, no later than January 31, 2027.
