In connection with the publication of the year-end report in February, Truecaller announced that a number of new key metrics would be published going forward as part of the interim reports. The purpose of the updated metrics is to increase transparency and to present the most relevant key figures for Truecaller's current operations. The historical numbers for the new or updated key metrics are now available on Truecaller's website.
The updated key metrics that have been published are highlighted in yellow in the attached file and are also available in Excel format on Truecaller's website under the 2024 year-end report: https://corporate.truecaller.com/investors/financial-reports-and-presentations.
New and/or updated key metrics:
- Monthly and daily active users (MAU/DAU) excluding iOS (as iOS primarily will be a paid-for product going forward)
- Advertising revenue per daily active user (DAU)
- Average revenue per user per month for premium users (ARPU) (historical data has been corrected as one subscriber type previously was omitted)
- Average number of paying premium users
- Average premium conversion rate (number of premium users as share of total userbase, %)
- Share of subscription revenue from iOS (%)
- Truecaller for Business - annual recurring revenue for Verified Business (ARR)
- Truecaller for Business - revenue churn for Verified Business
- Truecaller for Business - number of messages delivered via Business Messaging
