Sandnes, Norway, 11 February 2025: The Board of Vår Energi ASA (OSE: VAR) has resolved to pay a dividend payment of NOK 1.213 per share, NOK 3 028 140 776 in total, equal to USD 270 million relating to Q4 2024.
