Two of Veg of Lund's major owners and board members, Eva Tornberg and Anders Hättmark, have sold a total of 15,625 shares to Rolf Bjerndell. Rolf Bjerndell is an investor with many years of experience in the food industry, including senior executive positions in innovative companies such as Skånemejerier and Oatly.
The transaction took place outside the market. The agreement on the share transfer was signed after the stock exchange closed on 24 September 2021 and means that Rolf Bjerndell acquires 7,812 shares at SEK 32 per share from Eva Tornberg and 7,813 shares at SEK 32 per share from Anders Hättmark via their companies, Reosurf AB and Confidera Syd AB, respectively. The price per share corresponds to that in the most recent issue, taking into account that no warrants are issued.
Rolf Bjerndell did not own any shares in Veg of Lund prior to this transaction. After the sale, Eva Tornberg holds 1,315,370 shares, corresponding to 11.9 percent of the total number of shares in Veg of Lund. After the sale, Anders Hättmark holds 658,610 shares, corresponding to 6.0 percent of the total number of shares in Veg of Lund.
