The diabetes clinic "Herz- und Diabeteszentrum Nordrhein-Westfalen" (HDZ NRW) evaluates the instrument VibroSense Meter ® II with a planned start on September 22, 2022.
The diabetes clinic at HDZ NRW is a top-ranked clinic at the university hospital in Bochum in Germany. For the past two years (2020 and 2022), the clinic has received the highly regarded award "5-Sterne-Auszeichnung" awarded by the institute "Bundesverband Klinischer Diabetes- Einrichtungen " (BKvD).
The clinic will evaluate the VibroSense Meter® II and the application Diabetes Foot Screening during the fall of 2022, with a stated goal of purchasing the instrument after the evaluation is completed if it meets the set requirements.

The Heart and Diabetes Center North Rhine-Westphalia (HDZ NRW) is a university clinic at the Ruhr University in Bochum and a leading international center for the treatment of heart, circulatory and diabetes diseases. With 35,000 heart and diabetes patients per year, of which 14,500 are inpatients, HDZ NRW is one of the largest and most modern clinical centers of its kind in Europe. The diabetes clinic at HDZ NRW has around 2,000 diabetes patients with all types of diabetes and its complications who are treated at the clinic every year. In addition to the treatment of cardiovascular diseases as well as endocrinology and gastroenterology, the diabetes center specializes in the treatment of nerve damage and circulatory disorders, including the care of diabetic foot syndrome.
