Recently relocating from Finland, Ollikainen is the most recent transplant to join the leading software development and design agency with operations in Orange County and Metro-Phoenix. Numerous other Finnish counterparts have made a similar move following the lead of Vincit USA CEO, Ville Houttu with additional plans to integrate `cross pond' hiring practices in 2022 and beyond.

Prior to Vincit, Ollikainen worked as Sales Director at Hewlett Packard Enterprise for Finland and the Baltics. Before his time at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, he has held several sales, business development and managerial positions. Ollikainen holds a Master of Science degree from The Helsinki University of Technology in Finland.

Ollikainen's arrival is part of Vincit's vision to enhance collaborations between Finnish and US operations to further adopt hiring and retention practices established in Finland but executed in the states.
