"Wallenstam's new development of 190 rental apartments at Carlandersplatsen in central Gothenburg will be a welcome addition. I am pleased to take part in the groundbreaking. The development comprises two buildings designed in interaction with the hilly terrain and surrounding architecture. In total, 190 apartments ranging from one to four rooms and kitchen will be built, including 17 supported housing units (BmSS), as well as two commercial premises on the ground floor. Between the buildings, a shared courtyard will be created, offering space for both tranquillity and social interaction. At the same time, the ground-floor premises will contribute to activity and movement at street level.

The development relates to the property Gothenburg Lorensberg 21:3, and PEAB Sverige is the main contractor.
