"We are looking forward to becoming a part of Kallebäcks Terrasser and to contribute to the pleasant ambiance of the area. Our ambition is to create a comfortable place where people meet for good food and drinks - just like we have done in our other cities," says Mattias Jakob, Operations Manager at Ölstugan Tullen.

Since the outset in 2010, Ölstugan Tullen has grown to include 17 restaurants in Sweden and Denmark. With a focus on Swedish-produced beer and classic home cooking, the chain has become an appreciated meeting place for both everyday life and celebrations. The establishment in Kallebäcks Terrasser is part of Wallenstam's work on creating a vibrant area with a wide range of services and experiences. Now in the fall, the last residential tenants will move into the block where Ölstugan Tullen will open in about a year.

Kallebäcks Terrasser has been developed in recent years on the former Arla site and today includes apartments, offices, schools, preschools, restaurants and local services. With proximity to nature and a strategic location beside the E6 motorway and national route 40, and a cycling distance to the city, the area offers a unique combination of accessibility and quality of life. Construction is currently underway of 177 apartments in the Kvarteret 1, Stråket project, which is located at the foot of Lackarebäck hill and at the end of Kallebäcks Torggata.
