EMRI is a 52-year-old Danish electronics company that provides steering control systems for various kinds of large ships. The company has signed a lease for 3,300 square metres at Meterbuen.

Grønbech delivers and maintains sustainable solutions within energy, water and wastewater, and industry as well as steel and metal. While the company's history dates back to 1828, Meterbuen 27 (3,000 m²) will only be their fourth headquarters.

Since the property previously housed essentially a single tenant, who is moving within Wihlborgs' portfolio, a multi-stage renovation is now underway with new installations, energy improvements and new surfaces.
