Company announcement no. 24/2023
2 October 2023The board of directors initiated a share buy-back programme on 28 June 2023 to be conducted in accordance with Regulation No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council of 16 April 2014 (MAR) and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052, also referred to as the Safe Harbour rules (see company announcement 11/2023 (https://news.cision.com/wirtek-a-s/r/correction--wirtek-initiates-minor-share-buy-back-programme,c3795573)).
Under this programme Wirtek will acquire up to a total of 60,000 shares, corresponding to 0.78% of the total number of outstanding shares during the period 28 June 2023 to 30 September 2023.
