Wirtek A/S has been engaged by a US-based private healthcare organisation to deliver the next phase of development of an application for operational patient management and case-level cost governance that helps private hospitals and private practices measure clinical efficiency.

The solution enables clinicians to log each appointment and materials used, with costs calculated automatically. Based on the client's internal evaluation model, clinician performance is reviewed consistently and transparently, with role-based dashboards and management reporting to support continuous performance management and operational oversight.
Built for a regulated environment, the application will incorporate privacy-by-design principles, granular access controls, comprehensive audit trails, and secure data processing. Management reporting tools offer multi-dimensional views of operational performance, financial metrics, and patient flow, supporting strategic decision-making.
