With an initial order value exceeding DKK 3 million in 2025, Wirtek will deliver IoT hardware, software development, and operation of a full-service solution to a larger Danish industrial customer with significant international growth potential. Since the acquisition of Seluxit in July 2024, Wirtek has been working to realize the growth potential of the assets and skills acquired from Seluxit, and today's multi-million DKK order is a direct result of these efforts. The order further emphasizes Wirtek's sharpened focus on providing scalable and more sustainable solutions for customers.

Wirtek is entering into a long-term partnership with the client, who will benefit from Wirtek's full-service activities in Cloud/App, software and hardware development, as well as hardware delivery.
The revenue will be distributed across consulting hours, ongoing platform subscriptions, and recurring deliveries of IoT hardware units, with an expected value of over 3 million DKK in 2025 and continued substantial revenue streams in the following years.

Wirtek will commence development work with the client already within this year, with the first hardware deliveries expected by mid-2025. Simultaneously, App and platform development will be carried out, with an expected solution launch in Q3 2025. Following successful development and delivery, further orders are anticipated in line with the client's sales.
