Wulff Works aims to employ over 1,000 professionals in its first year of operation, particularly in construction, industry, restaurant, and logistics sectors. The company is expected to contribute approximately 15 million euros in revenue to the group in its first year, 2024, with a positive cash flow anticipated by the end of 2024.
Wulff's strategy includes significant growth in service business operations. "Now is the right time for us to enter this sector, as we have secured the best team to initiate the business. Local operation leaders, teams, and Sami Asikainen all have strong experience in staff leasing and a passion to develop the best employee and customer experience in the industry. Staff leasing is a market worth approximately 2.5 billion euros in Finland, expected to grow, especially with the economy's recovery. Asikainen, previously heading Eezy Oyj and Smile Henkilöstöpalvelut, believes in Wulff Works' strong growth prospects. The growth is driven by the increasing demand for work flexibility and the challenge employers face in finding the right talent. Wulff's Senior Advisor Heikki Vienola is pleased that Asikainen, who previously served as CEO of Wulff Oy Ab in the 2010s, is leading Wulff's newest business venture. I believe we have great potential to quickly become one of the major players in the industry in Finland.
