Wyld Networks(WYLD) CEO Kjell Olovsson started on January 1st of 2026 and initiated a thorough review of current and future business. In keeping with the company's goal to improve communication with the public, we are releasing the following trading update:
Following on from the successful Telemetry Evaluation with Corteva Agriscience (Corteva) in January 2026, Wyld is shipping and invoicing for 18 WT432s Modem + Terminal devices for Corteva to begin their formal Field Test on the 1st of March. These devices will be used with the ATMOS41 Weather Stations, at Corteva's site in Brazil. This is part of a larger order which had been previously announced in June and July of 2025 and marks an important milestone in the relationship with Corteva.
Wyld Networks is excited to be moving into a new area with exciting military and civilian applications. Wyld has started a co-operation with a military user of drones to outfit drones with Wyld products. Wyld believes that success in this area could lead to significant volumes. The existing Wyld product requires smaller changes to fulfill the requirements. Wyld currently plans to deliver the first pilot for testing and evaluation during April 2026. Wyld will release more information on this area as it develops over the next couple of weeks.
The Management of Wyld initiated a cost-cutting initiative late in the fourth quarter. To ensure a consistent quality of delivery, the employees of Wyld have agreed to lower salaries from the 1st of January 2026 and, for time-based employees, significantly reduced number of workdays. In addition, two employees have recently resigned and will not be replaced. With this lower cost base in place, the company has good near-term liquidity, materials and resources to deliver on our existing commitments and for our new projects.
Finally, Wyld is currently strategically reviewing the company's options and are in talks with other companies to find the best path forward that generates value for Wyld shareholders. Wyld has a good dialogue with the financing of future capital expenditures and new initiatives with multiple parties. This includes options as an independent company or in combination with another company.
