- Following the successful launch of mobile keys in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, we are witnessing an increased interest in our solutions. The PoC is a paid collaboration that allows the hotel group to build out the end-to-end solution combining the brands own mobile application and Zaplox mobile key services. With this initiative Zaplox's solution is validated to ensure that it meets both technical requirements and guest expectations, paving the way for a potential launch.
- Although we understand the need of experiencing our solutions first hand, it is always challenging to "demo" a middleware service, but with this PoC we get to demonstrate our technology while contributing with our expertise, and building a solid foundation for a potential launch. Zaplox has previously executed similar strategies with other customers, such as PENN Entertainment, where a PoC eventually led to a contract and launch of mobile keys. A PoC allows any hotel group or chain to experience firsthand the benefits of Zaplox's technology and its impact on guest interactions and operational efficiency, before committing to a full-scale implementation.
- While a paid PoC does not guarantee a long-term agreement, it represents both an additional revenue stream for Zaplox, and a key opportunity for us to showcase the strength of our technology.
