On the 16th October 2019, the notice to attend the Annual General Meeting in Zutec Holding AB (publ) was published. Since the notice was published, a proposal has been put forward to elect an additional Board member; Mikael Nasstrom.
Mikael is currently the Vice President of Commercial Excellence and Marketing for Ametek and has experience as a solid international commercial leader and general manager, with strong leadership, team building and management skills.
The Board believes that Mr Näsströms extensive commercial experience can assist the company with continued sales development which is a key objective in the coming years.
In addition to the above, the Board proposes that all board members are to be re-elected and that remuneration to the Board of Directors shall remain unchanged at SEK 186,000 to the chairman of the Board and SEK 93,000 for each of the other members of the Board.
