Verve Group promoted to Deutsche Börse's SDAX index

• Inclusion in SDAX via fast entry rule on 11 July 2025
• Verve Group shares thus officially part of the 160 most significant stocks listed in Germany

Stockholm, 9 July 2025 – Verve Group SE (ISIN: SE0018538068), a fast-growing software platform in the advertising technology industry, was informed yesterday evening of its inclusion in Deutsche Börse's SDAX selection index. The Company's shares will thus now officially be part of the 160 most significant listed companies in Germany, measured by the market capitalization of free float.

Following its uplisting from the Open Market (Scale) to the Regulated Market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 9 May 2025, Verve will now become part of the DAX family on the basis of the fast entry rule outside of the regular index review. This decision was announced by index provider Stoxx after the close of trading on 8 July 2025, and will take effect at the start of trading on 11 July 2025.

In order to give existing and interested investors an even better understanding of Verve Group SE's technologically sophisticated business model, the Company will host a Capital Markets Day on 19 August 2025. The Capital Markets Day will be hosted as a hybrid event, live in Stockholm and online as interactive webcast. The Company will present its interim report for the first half of 2025, scheduled for that day, on 19 August 2025 and in addition, expert presentations on the topics of artificial intelligence and ID-less targeting in the advertising technology industry will be held.
