On March 2, 2026 Admicom Oyj (”Admicom”) announced the commencement of a share buyback programme in accordance with the authorization granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting 2025.
Admicom has completed the share buyback program. The repurchases of own shares began on March 3, 2026 and ended on March 23, 2026. During the period, Admicom repurchased 77,773 of its own shares. The total value of the acquired shares was EUR 2,499,991.35 and the average price of the acquired share was EUR 32.14. The shares were repurchased in trading on the Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace at the market price prevailing at the time of repurchase.
Admicom's Board of Directors will decide separately on the cancellation of the acquired shares, and a company release will be published on the cancellation.
Admicom currently holds 80,293 number of its own shares. The total number of shares in the company is 5,019,576.
