The Norwegian national federation of homeowners, ‘Huseierne’, is a consumer organisation, safeguarding private homeowners’ rights and financial interests in relation to the authorities. Members benefit from free legal and technical building advice, a quarterly magazine, and, through partners, discounts on housing related products or services.
Wanting to grow its member base, Huseierne set out to expand their ability to both generate and activate insights for more personalised member experiences across channels. Strategic partner Forte was asked to help design and implement the upgrade of Huseierne’s existing stack, integrating Agillic’s marketing automation and Tealium’s customer data platforms as the chosen MarTech solutions.
