ALISA BANK PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 27.6.2025 AT 12.00 EEST
The Director of Personal Customers, Deputy CEO and member of the Management Team at Alisa Bank Plc, Juha Saari, has announced that he will step down from his position at the company. Saari will continue in his role and as a member of the Management Team until August 31, 2025.
"I warmly thank Juha for the key and wide-ranging role he has played at Alisa Bank and its predecessor organizations. His contributions have been instrumental both in advancing our consumer finance business and in defining the company’s current strategic direction. His departure will leave a significant gap at Alisa, both in terms of expertise and on a human level. I wish Juha all the best and great success in the next phase of his career," commented Sampsa Laine, CEO of Alisa Bank.
For the time being, Saari will continue in his position and support the transition phase. Further information regarding the reallocation of responsibilities and any other related decisions will be announced separately at a later date.
