1) Stonerose Capital Oy and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Helsinki Branch, acting as stabilising manager in connection with the initial public offering of Cityvarasto Oyj, have entered into a share lending agreement in connection with the initial public offering of Cityvarasto on 3 October 2025, according to which Stonerose Capital Oy has lent 271,783 existing shares in Cityvarasto to the stabilising manager. Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Helsinki Branch will return 224,151 lended shares to Stonerose Capital Oy.

2) In connection with the initial public offering of Cityvarasto Oyj, Stonerose Capital Oy has granted Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Helsinki Branch acting as stabilising manager, an option to purchase a maximum of 271,783 shares in Cityvarasto at the subscription price of the initial public offering solely to cover over-allotments. Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Helsinki Branch will purchase 47,632 shares from Stonerose Capital Oy under the over-allotment option.
