Change in the date of Eezy Plc’s 2026 Annual General Meeting
Eezy Plc (the “Company”) will change the planned date of the 2026 Annual General Meeting. The change is due to the contemplated rights offering that the Company disclosed earlier today.
The Company’s updated financial calendar for the year 2026 is as follows:
Annual General Meeting: 25 March 2026 (previously disclosed: 8 April 2026). The Board of Directors will separately send the notice to the Annual General Meeting at a later date.
Interim report January–March: 7 May 2026
Interim report January–June: 13 August 2026
Interim report January–September: 5 November 2026
