EEZY PLC -- STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE -- 6 May 2025 AT 14.30
Correction: Eezy Plc, change in management team
Eezy Plc corrects its stock exchange release published on May 2 2025 at 16:30 regarding changes in the management team. The press release did not mention the education and essential work experience of Sari Lehto, who was appointed Acting CFO and member of the management team.
The corrected stock exchange release as a whole can be found below:
Joni Aaltonen, CFO of Eezy Oyj, has resigned from his position 2 May 2025 and will be joining another company. Aaltonen will leave the company's management team on May 9, 2025. Sari Lehto, M.Sc. (Econ), has been appointed Acting CFO and member of the management team starting 12 May 2025. Sari has worked at Eezy Plc since 2020 as the Group's Financial Director and Finance Manager. Prior to this, she has held finance manager positions at e.g. Tietokeskus Finland, acted as Group Controller at Affecto Plc, and as an auditor at Ernst & Young.
Eezy has started the process of recruiting a new CFO.
