Eezy Plc: AI-powered ERP system revolutionizing staffing sector rolled out successfully to masses

Eezy Plc's largest business is staffing, which has traditionally operated manually with huge amounts of data and workflows. Eezy's strategy, published in February, states that the company will gain significant competitive advantage and efficiency gains from leveraging technology and AI. The AI-powered ERP system tailored for Eezy’s Staffing business will revolutionize traditional staffing business models and create a competitive advantage to the company that is difficult to replicate.

The system went into limited production in April and the next major step has now been reached.

"Last week we took a significant step forward in the implementation of our ERP system by bringing the thousands of staffed employees and hundreds of clients in the horeca sector in Southern Finland into the system. We are also rolling out a significant number of new functionalities. We will continue to roll out the system and the new operating model as planned", says Siina Saksi, CEO of Eezy.

The system will optimize and digitalize the entire staffing services business process, from ordering to invoicing and from recruitment to payroll. The AI automates the work-worker encounter and eliminates delays in manual order processing, achieving significant productivity gains. All employees in the system are always interviewed by Eezy employees.

The system will enable Eezy to effectively replicate business models nationwide and regardless of sector. The company has estimated that it will achieve a gain of around 2% at the EBIT margin level during the strategy period by transforming its operating models. One significant factor in the overall transformation of operating models is the introduction of an AI-assisted ERP system in Staffing Services.
