Evli Plc's Annual Report, Remuneration Policy and Remuneration Report published

Evli Plc has published its Annual Report 2025 in English and Finnish. The Annual Report contains a business and strategy review as well as the Board of Directors' report, Financial Statements, and Auditor's report for the period 2025. The Annual Report also contains the Corporate Governance Statement, the Remuneration Policy, the Remuneration Report and the Corporate Responsibility Report 2025.

The Annual Report has been published in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements with the format of the report being Extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML). In line with the ESEF requirements, the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The firm of authorized public accountants Ernst & Young Oy has audited the ESEF report.

The Remuneration Policy and the Remuneration Report 2025 has also been published as independent documents.

Attached to this release is the Annual Report 2025 as a PDF file and an XHTML file, as well as the Remuneration Policy and the Remuneration Report 2025. The reports are also available on the corporate website at www.evli.com/en/investors.
