Evli strengthens its foothold in Europe – company expands operations to Norway

Asset management company Evli is expanding its operations to Norway. The expansion is part of the company’s long-term growth strategy, which aims to increase Evli’s role as a fund provider in the Nordics and more broadly in Europe.

Evli has opened a branch office in Oslo, Norway. The strategic objective of the expansion is to grow the company’s international operations and presence in the Nordic region. Evli sees significant potential for its fixed income products in the Norwegian market. In addition to its new Norwegian branch, Evli has offices in Finland and a subsidiary operating as a tied agent in Sweden.

“Norway represents the natural next step in our Nordic expansion. It is a developed market where demanding institutional investors value quality and a long-term approach. At Evli, we already have more than 30 years of history in fixed income investing, and our fixed income funds have achieved impressive results on a European level. We also bring strong expertise to the market through our equity funds and alternative investments. Strong expertise at the helm of the Norwegian office

Robin Mattsson has been appointed to lead Evli’s operations in Norway. Mattsson has more than ten years of experience in the Norwegian market and has worked in asset management at companies including ABG Alternatives, Swiss Life Asset Managers and Ness, Risan & Partners. Under his leadership, Evli will strengthen its presence in Norway and establish its position as a provider of investment solutions for institutional and professional investors.
