INSIDE INFORMATION: Evli specifies its outlook for 2024

Evli Plc's Board of Directors has decided to revise its outlook for the full year 2024. The company has today on March 6, 2024 announced a strategic partnership with Bregal Milestone to accelerate the international growth of the incentive business of Evli’s subsidary, Evli Alexander Incentives Oy. In relation to the arrangement, Evli will recognize a non-cash accounting gain in fiscal year 2024 of approximately EUR 14 million.

Specified outlook:
Due to the one-off impact from the corporate arrangement, the strong position and growth prospects, we estimate that the operating profit will significantly exceed the level of the comparison period.

Evli previously provided the following outlook in its financial statements bulletin on January 25, 2024:
"Due to our strong position and growth prospects, we estimate that the operating result will be at or above the comparison period.”

Evli Plc’s Interim Report for January-March 2024 will be published on April 22, 2024.
