The Board of Directors of FastPassCorp A/S has decided to establish a legal entity in the United States.

The decision is based on the increasing demand for the Company’s solutions from the U.S. market. As described in the Company’s most recent annual report, the United States has contributed to a growing share of order intake and pipeline development, and the Board considers the establishment of a U.S. entity to be a natural and strategic step in continuation of this development.

The establishment of a U.S. legal entity is expected to strengthen the Company’s commercial presence in the region, support sales and partner activities, and accommodate customer requirements related to contract structure, compliance, and local presence.
