F-Secure Annual Report 2024 has been published

F-Secure Annual Report for the year 2024 has been published. The Annual Report contains the Board of Director's report including the Sustainability Statement, the Financial Statements 2024, the Corporate Governance Statement as well as the Remuneration Report. The Annual Report is available in Finnish and English.

F-Secure publishes also its financial statements in XHTML format in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. Notes to financial statements have been labelled with XBRL block tags. The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided a reasonable assurance on F-Secure’s ESEF Financial Statements.

The Sustainability Statement, published as part of the Board of Directors Report, is prepared in accordance with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS). PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided a level of Limited Assurance, using the ESRS Standards.

The Annual Report is attached to this release as a PDF file as well as an XHTML file. The Annual Report is also available for reading and downloading on F-Secure's investor website at www.investors.f-secure.com/en/.
