F-Secure Corporation's planned release schedule for financial reports in 2026 is as follows:

• Financial Statements Release 2025 on Thursday, 5 February 2026
• Annual Report 2025 during the week beginning 23 February 2026
• Interim Report for January–March 2026 on Wednesday 29 April 2026
• Half-year Financial Report for January–June 2026 on Friday 17 July 2026
• Interim Report for January–September 2026 on Wednesday 28 October 2026

The reports will be available on the company’s website https://investors.f-secure.com/en/ immediately after publication. All reports are available in Finnish and English.

The Annual Report contains the Board of Directors’ report including Group Sustainability Report, the Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement as well as the Remuneration Report.

F-Secure observes a silent period of 30 days prior to publication of financial information, during which it refrains from engaging in discussions with capital market representatives or the media regarding F-Secure’s financial position or factors affecting it.

The Annual General Meeting 2026 is scheduled for Wednesday 25 March 2026. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting separately at a later date.
