Green Hydrogen Systems provides update on in-court restructuring proceedings
Kolding, Denmark– Green Hydrogen Systems A/S (the "Company") today announces an update to the in-court restructuring proceedings of the Company.
Attached is the creditor information letter no. 5 in Danish and English language versions.
As described in Company Announcement of 15 May 2025, it remains the case that there can be no certainty that any transaction will occur and even if any transaction would occur, the Company does not expect any dividend or other distributions to be available for the Company's shareholders.
