Statutory restructuring plan adopted by creditors
Kolding, Denmark, 1 April 2025 – Green Hydrogen Systems A/S (the "Company") today announces that an in-court restructuring hearing was held, during which the statutory restructuring plan as proposed and published by the Company on 25 March 2025, following the Company's announcement regarding the commencement of restructuring on 10 March 2025, was adopted by the Company's creditors in accordance with section 11 e of the Danish Insolvency Act. No amendments to the restructuring proposal were made at the meeting.
Following the adoption of the statutory restructuring plan, the Company will continue its in-court restructuring proceedings in accordance with the adopted statutory restructuring plan.
The next step in the in-court restructuring process is the preparation and potential adoption of a statutory restructuring proposal.
At this stage it remains uncertain whether a solution can be found, and the Company will provide further information in due time.
