GreenMobility A/S announces the result of Private Placement and raises DKK 15 million in gross proceeeds
With reference to company announcement no. 159 of December 4th, 2024, today, GreenMobility A/S (”GreenMobility” or the “Company”) announces the result of the subscription for the private placement of new shares (the “Private Placement”).
508,474 new shares (the “New Shares”) were subscribed at DKK 29.50 per share corresponding to the 10-day volume-weighted average price as of 4 December 2024 (the "Subscription Price") including a discretionary discount of 3.1% set by the Board of Directors of the Company. The Board of Directors assesses the subscription price is set at market terms.
The Private Placement were subscribed by existing institutional investors, Strategic Investments, Arbejdernes Landsbank, HICO Group, BankInvest, AkademikerPension, LD Fonde, new investors, Avium Invest, Selandia Alpha Invest and Sorgenfri Kapitalforvaltning, and CEO, Kasper Gjedsted, and member of the Board of Directors, Claus Juhl. Major shareholder notifications will be announced once received in accordance with applicable requirements.
GreenMobility’s share capital will be increased by nominally DKK 203,389.60 as a result of the completion of the Private Placement. Accordingly, the nominal value of the Company’s total share capital will amount to DKK 2,366,621.20 divided into 5,916,553 shares each carrying 1 voting right, corresponding to a total of 5,916,553 voting rights cf. section 32 of the Danish Capital Markets Act.
