Financial Hearings Brand Becomes Inderes

After over 30 years of operations in Sweden’s financial sector, Financial Hearings and its production partner, Streamfabriken, are merging with the Inderes brand. Moving forward, they will operate as part of Inderes’ event business. Inderes has become one of the largest IR event providers in the Nordics, serving over 300 listed companies by producing investor events such as quarterly earnings calls, AGMs, and capital markets days.

Inderes acquired Financial Hearings and Streamfabriken in the fall of 2022. This rebranding is a natural continuation of the acquisition. As part of the merger, Financial Hearings’ customers will tap into Inderes' ecosystem, expanding their reach to a larger investor audience.

Investor webcasts are crucial for improving transparency and ensuring equal access to information in capital markets, which is why they’ve become one of Inderes’ main products. For example, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) recommends that companies keep analyst calls public and make recordings available. Inderes’ solutions enable listed companies of all sizes to host professional and open investor events.
