Inderes combines its software product family into a new IR Suite user interface

Inderes launches IR Suite, a user interface that combines all software products and the Inderes ecosystem related data into one easy-to-use platform.

”Managing several different suppliers and separate solutions is cumbersome and expensive for listed companies’ investor relations. At the same time, it creates many manual processes in investor communications that could be automated", says Janne Vainionpää, Business Director.

With the IR Suite, investor relations professionals can send press releases and stock exchange releases, update investor pages, manage AGM and investor event packages, and extensively review data and analytics related to Inderes services. In addition, solutions from Inderes' partners can be delivered via the platform.

"Inderes' software product family has always been developed in close cooperation with customers’ investor relations and professional investors. We have listened to our customers' wishes and brought all our software products to one platform, where a listed company can manage all its key day-to-day operations from one place", Vainionpää continues.

The IR Suite will be introduced to all Inderes' listed company clients who use one or more products. Existing customers will be migrated during the summer, starting with Finland and Denmark.
