Inderes’ financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2026
In 2026, Inderes will publish financial information as follows:
- Financial Statements Release 2025 on Tuesday, February 10, 2026
- Financial Statements and Board of Directors Report 2025 on week 7, February 9–13, 2026
- Business Review for January–March on Friday, April 24, 2026
- Half-year Report for January–June on Tuesday, August 11, 2026
- Business Review for January–September on Tuesday, October 27, 2026
The Annual General Meeting is scheduled to be held in Helsinki on Wednesday, April 15, 2026. The Board of Directors will convene the meeting at a later date.
The reports will be available immediately after publication on the company’s website: https://group.inderes.fi/en/investors/reports_and_presentations.
In addition to the earnings releases, Inderes publishes monthly reviews of the development of its revenue as well as management's assessment of the business development during the period under review.
Inderes observes a 30-day silent period before the release of results. During this period, Inderes will not comment on the company's financial situation, markets or future prospects.
