Inderes has concluded its share buyback programme

Inderes Oyj has concluded its share buyback programme. The share buy-back programme commenced on 25 November 2024 and ended on 7 February 2025. During that period, the company acquired 15,000 own shares, at a total value of EUR 299,786.60, with an average price per share of EUR 19.98577. The shares were acquired in public trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Finland marketplace at the market price quoted at the time of acquisition.

The share buy-back programme was based on the authorisation granted by the 2024 Annual General Meeting on 11 April 2024. The authorisation is valid until the next Annual General Meeting of Inderes Oyj or until 30 June 2025 at the latest. Shares were acquired for use as consideration in possible acquisitions or other business arrangements, to finance investments, as part of the company's incentive scheme, to be held by the company, or otherwise to be transferred or cancelled.

After the acquisitions, Inderes Oyj holds 15,000 own shares, which corresponds to approximately 0.87 percent of all shares in the company. The share buy-back programme was handled by Lago Kapital Oy.
