Inderes today published the fourth version of its acclaimed handbook describing its organizational model and culture, the Inderes Playbook. Challenging many established notions of working life, the Playbook is a description built by the Inderes team over the past six years of what kind of workplace the company aims to build. It includes a more detailed description of many concepts that have long been applied in the company, such as decision-making without a formal hierarchy and an open salary model based on team decisions.
"As part of the new strategy, we continue to develop the disciplined anarchy leadership model and set the bar higher as Inderes internationalizes, which has been considered in the updates to the latest version. We have also introduced new concepts to describe the model for high-quality decision-making and how we strive to build excellent teams consisting of ordinary people," says Tuulikki Rautiainen, Head of People at Inderes.
The previous version of the Playbook was released in November 2022. The updates to the new version are based on observations, notes, and feedback received from the organization over the past two and a half years.
