LeadDesk completes sale of minority stake in ProFinder

LeadDesk has finalised the sale of its remaining minority stake in ProFinder to Ilkka Plc, completing the divestment process that began with the sale of a majority stake to Juuri Partners in 2019. Ilkka has acquired the entire share capital of Rootfon Oy ("Profinder"), a portfolio company of Juuri Fund I Ky, through a transaction completed on 29^th of November 2024.

The remaining ProFinder shares, valued at 874k€ on LeadDesk’s balance sheet, have been sold to Ilkka for approximately 2.5M€. This transaction values the entire ProFinder business at approximately 20M€. LeadDesk treats the non-recurring capital gain from the shares as financial income and this has no effect on the guidance given by the company.
