Netum selected for DigiFinland Oy's IT expert services framework agreement in data warehousing
Netum and DigiFinland Oy have signed a framework agreement on IT expert services. The framework agreement aims to ensure that DigiFinland Oy has extensive, high-quality expertise across various assignments. Netum was selected under the framework agreement as the primary supplier for data warehouse development.
The procured expert services will deliver concrete, data-driven management solutions, covering both the required technical implementations and the refinement of raw data into ready-to-use reports and analytics that support data-driven decision-making. These services will be utilised across various data management solutions at DigiFinland and in the further development of these solutions.
DigiFinland is a national, special-purpose company owned by the state and the wellbeing services counties that develops digital services for citizens and professionals.

The framework agreement is based on DigiFinland Oy's open EU-wide procurement procedure and call for tenders (D/98/2023 IT expert services 2025–2029, 05.03.2025). The duration of the framework agreement is five (5) years. Procurement contracts made during the framework agreement's validity period remain in effect until their termination, but no longer than one (1) year after the expiry of the framework agreement.
